Learn and earn
As a Apprentice, you will build your knowledge with industry specific classes, gain experience and on-the-job training with a company mentor where you work. The goal of the program is to provide employees like you with advanced skills that meet the specific need of your employer in a flexible learning setting.
You will participate in a structured Learn and Earn program that combines job related classroom learning along with a structured onthe-job training guided by a mentor.
