How many ways can you say, �How are you?� The ability to speak more than one language makes it easier to travel, conduct business and meet new people�even in your own backyard.

After all, English is only one of the three primary languages spoken in North America. In World Languages, you gain fluency in either Arabic, Chinese, French, Italian, Japanese, Spanish or sign language. Whether your career takes you into international business, hospitality, teaching or places you haven�t yet mapped, speaking another language is always an advantage.

If you�re like most of our students who have earned an Associate in Arts (A.A.) in World Languages, you want more than fluency. You want to be multicultural and gain a global perspective. You also want to transfer. Work with our Academic Success Advisors to plan your transfer to a 4-year institution. We can recommend schools that fit your future goals.

Your instructors know you by name�not by number. At ��������, the instructors are teachers first, and researchers second. They dedicate their careers to helping you learn and understand the significance of world languages in our daily lives.
