Taking care of yourself includes your mental health. CAPS provides individual, group and couples therapies. You gain free access to Tao, a self-help app. There are many opportunities for you to engage in self-care and wellness events throughout the semester. No matter what you�re feeling, �������� is here to help you in any way possible.

Mental health support

• More than 500 students benefited from 3,300 mental health appointments with licensed clinicians.
• Mental health-focused events on campus reached 3,200+ individuals.
• Launched the Peer Support Program, consisting of four students employed as mental health peer educators, in alignment with the Mental Health Early Action on Campus Act.
• Completed year one of JED Campus certification, which provides expert support, evidence-based recommended practices and data-driven guidance to sustain the mental health and well-being of the campus community.

The Student Health and Wellness Services offer health assessments, flu shots, emergency responses and more, all in an effort to help you succeed in a convenient and comfortable environment. Services include assessment, some lab testing and emergency response.

�������� has a Dental Hygiene Clinic available to all �������� students. You will receive a quality cleaning supervised by a licensed dental hygienist and dentist. And did we forget to mention that it�s free? Take care of cleanings, exams and dental x-rays without worry.

Our Center for Health and Wellness Promotion offers state-of-the-art facilities and equipment to provide you with comprehensive preventative care, including therapeutic massage, health and wellness coaching and personal fitness testing and training. Did we mention it is at a very low cost?

College can be stressful, so when you find yourself needing to relax, try out the Student Therapeutic Massage Clinic. The clinic offers relaxing massage services to �������� students, faculty and the community while giving a hands-on opportunity for current massage therapy students to improve their skills.

Get a total body workout at the Athletics and Fitness Center. The center has lots of options to stay active � and it�s all free. From weight training to fitness classes, there is something for everyone interested in physical activity.

Your success is defined by the support you receive in and out of the classroom. ���������s LGBTQ+ student outreach and programs advocate for your success, accepting your gender and sexual orientation, both in the classroom and on campus.

The programs offered at the resource center are focused on building and maintaining an inclusive and safe campus for anyone who is a part of the LGBTQ+ community. You�ll receive legal assistance and resources, such as legal aid, scholarships and more.
