DSST Scheduling and Registration

Southlake

DSST testing is done by appointment. $20 registration fee may be paid on day of exam. To schedule your exam, please contact the Southlake Testing Center.

Step 2: DSST Account Creation and Payment

  • prior to your testing appointment.
  • Save your login information; you檒l need it for your testing appointment.
  • Wait to pay for your exam until you are seated at your testing appointment.You檒l need a credit/debit card for payment.

Step 3: Test Day

You will need to bring:

  • Credit/Debit card for payment of exam fee
  • Your DSST account login info
  • One form of acceptable photo identification

Acceptable forms of ID

  • Must be a government-issued photo ID
  • Current Passport
  • Valid Driver檚 License
  • State or Province ID from the motor vehicle agency
  • Military ID
  • National ID
  • A tribal ID card
  • A naturalization card or certificate of citizenship

Please note:  In order to take a scheduled DSST exam, the ID presented by the candidate must be from the above list of acceptable forms of ID, must be current (not expired) and must include the candidate檚 name, signature, and recognizable photograph.

Unacceptable forms of ID

  • Credit or Debit Cards of any kind
  • Social Security Card
  • Employee ID
  • Student ID
  • Any other ID not listed
